Overview

IngressoLive is a ticketing app with more than 400,000 users. I led its rebuild from native to Flutter across Android and iOS, followed by ongoing feature work and maintenance.

Highlights

• 01Rebuilt the app from native to Flutter for Android and iOS from a single codebase.
• 02Set up CI/CD with Codemagic and monitoring via Crashlytics for safe, frequent releases.
• 03Integrated Moip payments, a QR-code scanner, ticket transfers, and geolocation.
• 04Added push and in-app messaging plus Zendesk support, then owned ongoing maintenance.
